Join us for Mama’s Day, a nourishing and family-welcoming weekend designed to honor motherhood in all its forms. Set in the quiet beauty of the mountains at Mill Creek Resort, this weekend offers space to slow down, reconnect, and celebrate the care that mothers give every day.

Waldorf-inspired Crafts
Hands-on creative activities where mothers and children or the entire family can make something special together.
Saturday we’ll offer multiple crafts for the whole family.
Nature Discovery
Mill Creek Resort’s 12 wooded acres (and surrounding trails) become a little world to explore together. Wander forest paths, visit the creek, and discover the birds and woodland critters that call this place home. Splash in the water, take a nearby family-friendly hike, or bring your bikes and cruise the quiet mountain roads.
Mama & mini yoga
Each morning begins with gentle movement on our meadow deck to help everyone slow down and connect.
Saturday morning will feature an mamas-only yoga session.
Sunday morning will include a playful kids’ yoga and circle time. Families are encouraged to join together.

Mama Day Brunch OPtion
A special Mother’s Day brunch is available locally at Highlands Ranch Resort, just a short drive from Mill Creek. This beloved annual brunch is a wonderful way to end the weekend.
Brunch is not included in the retreat weekend, and reservations are encouraged.

Ticket purchases and accommodations are 50% refundable if canceled before April 28th. No refunds will be issued if canceled after April 28th.
The event is rain or shine. If for any reason, the retreat is canceled, you will be refunded 100%.
Our pocket-sized RV Park can accommodate small trailers or RVs no longer than 30’.
Each RV site includes 120v, 20amp, & 30amp power, water, sewer hookups, and a picnic table.

Saturday begins with a peaceful morning yoga session just for mamas, creating space to move, breathe, and settle into the day. After a short break, we’ll come together for a family craft time where little ones can create something special—either on their own or with a bit of help—as a heartfelt gift for mom.
The afternoon is left open and unhurried, inviting families to explore the grounds, wander down to the creek, or simply relax and enjoy time together. As evening arrives, we’ll gather for a cozy bonfire with s’mores, songs, and connection under the open sky.
On Sunday morning, we’ll close the weekend with a gentle, family-centered movement and connection time before heading out,
Due to limited availability, we recommend booking your massage or facial in advance of your stay. These services can be added when reserving your accommodations or purchasing a Family Day Pass.

Yes! All family members are welcome!
Check-in begins at 4 PM until desired on Friday, 5/8. Check-out is at 11 AM on Sunday, 5/10.
The nearest grocery store, bank, and gas station are 35 miles away in Chester, so plan to bring everything you would want for the weekend with you. There are a few country stores 10 minutes away for any necessities left behind. Bring your reusable water bottle and favorite coffee or tea tumbler. We have fresh mountain spring water available from multiple places on the property. Don’t forget headlamps, swimsuits and towels, sunscreen, and bug spray.
Pets are welcomed and incur an additional pet fee of $25 per night per pet. All cabins are two pets max and glamping accommodations are NOT pet friendly.
Mill Creek Resort is situated at almost 5,000’ elevation, but in May, expect 85* days and chilly nights. Come prepared with lots of layers.
