Meet Our Yoga Teachers:
Rachel
I’m Rachel, a massage therapist and yoga teacher based in Chico. Earlier this year I traveled to India to earn my 200-hour yoga certification, which has deepened the way I think about breath, movement, and what it means to feel at home in one’s body. I believe that when we slow down and tune in, we become more connected — to both ourselves and to the world around us. I am very excited to be teaching at Mill Creek where connection to the Earth is simply innate and we can tune into ourselves in such a beautiful space.
Caitlin
Hello! I am an experienced registered yoga teacher, certified massage therapist, and certified assisted stretch therapist. I own and operate Prana Endura in Chico, CA. I have been teaching private and group yoga classes for 12 years. My training is rooted in vinyasa flow, and I pride myself on offering accessible classes that build the foundations of a pose up to the fullest, most sustainable expression for each individual student. I am so excited to be able to bring yoga to what is already such a beautiful and nurturing space. I hope you to see you soon!
Robyn
With over 15 years of experience, I offer a thoughtfully curated Pilates practice rooted in mindful movement, alignment, and strength. My passion lies in guiding individuals toward a deeper connection with their bodies, cultivating awareness, balance and building lasting strength.
Each class is intuitively designed to meet you where you are, with intentional modifications and progressions that ensure every participant feels supported, included, and empowered in their practice. Whether you are new to Pilates or returning to your mat, you will be guided with care and attention to honor your unique body and experience.
My intention is to create a space where movement feels both nourishing and transformative leaving you feeling aligned, strengthened, and uplifted… with a smile that lingers long after class ends.

Vanessa
Vanessa first began practicing yoga in 2013 as a way to quiet the busy mind of a middle school teacher. Her journey began with an early morning Ashtanga class before heading to work. Vanessa quickly fell in love with the rigor of the primary series and the meditative experience it evolved into as she learned the sequence. Over the years, her practice expanded as she explored Iyengar and various forms of vinyasa yoga. In 2018, she deepened her practice by earning her 200-hour yoga teacher certification. In 2024, she further specialized by completing her 85-hour prenatal yoga certification and 20-hour postnatal yoga certification. Throughout every season of life, yoga has remained a grounding force for Vanessa-especially now as a mom of three little ones. She is passionate about sharing the many benefits yoga offers for both the mind and body.
